PAPER BAG 1987 - The 10 Year Jubilee

Dear Campers,

Yes, Paper Bag time is upon us again. As usual, I'm late getting started with the proceedings this year so the pressure is getting dumped on you. (heh heh)

You will notice as you peruse your tickets that prices have gone up. Last year our expensed were up to $5700 and our receipts were only a few bucks short so we did pretty well. Anyway, each of you is responsible to sell 5 (only five now) measly little tickets as usual. Because I'm so late starting the ticket drive I need the geeters (loot, dough, moolah) as quickly as possible. Most of you are pretty good with this but every year I am left holding the ______ (fill in the blank) for about 2 grand until you slow pokes catch up. You slow pokes are on my list. Believe me, you don't want to be there.

The movie is way behind schedule (as usual). I hope to have it ready by the first week in June.

I really think our little show is a unique experience and every year I feel proud and amazed by the effort put out by you. There are about 100 of us involved and every one of you is a friend of mine. I like it.

Please Please Please Please because I'm late get me your $40 ticket money and tehe name and # for your shirt right away. After all, you don't want to be on THE LIST now do you?

Cowabunga,

Mike
