A bit later in the evening and people are starting to have more fun. I am not sure if the guy standing on the hood of the truck is flipping the bird or not. My favorite person in this picture is the guy leaning on the truck wearing the white tee shirt. He has a bag completely over head. This is clearly a gentleman who knows how to party. There also seems to be alot of screaming going on and several fists raised in celebration.
